Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged. Design Variation Please note that a lot of designer's have slight variation in their art work collections. By placing an order you accept that the design might have a 5% variation from the image shown. All of the dresses shown along with the images used are directly provided by designers and you are protected by our guarantee that if you find a design that is not from the said Designer, we will reimburse you in full and you get to keep the outfit as well.
CONTACT:If you have to write to us for any reason, we ask you to either fill out the contact form or email us on the email address(es) shown on the contact page. This facility is specially created to facilitate the swift contact between the customers and us. We have a dedicated team, who is available during the working hours by these methods and we appreciate you choosing the subject as close as possible to the matter so that it reaches the concerned person as quick as possible. If you contact us by any other method (specially post) there is no guarantee that it would reach to the management as we only expect to receive dresses back in return. We will not be liable for any costs if you decide to contact by any method not specified as appropriate here.
TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS:All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations shall remain our property. All rights are reserved.
BY PLACING THE ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS COMPLETELY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER. ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE OR ON THE PHONE ARE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS.
Chargeback and Disputes:
If you open a chargeback/dispute with the payment processor then we will file a response. We will charge a fee of £15 per chargeback/dispute documentation that we will have to do and submit to the payment processor. We will take the matter to small claims court if we are unable to collection our money. This will result in further charges being added and we will also add a £50 documentation fee for a court case and any other expenses that we incur.
