DELIVERY POLICY
We use third party delivery services included but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Evri and DHL. Our commitment to you is to post the item on time and unfortunately cannot take the responsibility of the delay in the post.
Our cut off time is 1 PM GMT (Monday to Friday) working days only. If there is a national day or a strike day then there will not be any post. If an order is placed after the cut off time then it will be posted out the following working day.
Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed delivery services are provided by Royal Mail. These services have a 99% success rate. In the unfortunate event of the item not getting delivered on time, we unfortunately will not be able to refund the delivery costs.
If an item is missing/lost, we will follow the procedure of the relevant courier company to file a claim. This varies from courier to courier and can be between 2 to 6 weeks. Unfortunately until we have a decision from the courier, we are unable to refund you. Courier company’s decision is final unfortunately.
Since Covid, Royal Mail does not take the signatures any more. So if your parcel has incorrect signatures then it means it was signed by the postman. If your item shows as delivered and you have not received it, please check with your other house members and the immediate neighbors. Evri usually leaves the parcel at a safe place and there is a picture of the delivery available. Please check with the tracking number if you are unable to locate the item which shows as delivered.
